Using FranchiseHQ

By signing in, joining a league, connecting Discord, submitting league data, or using FranchiseHQ features, you agree to these terms and the privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

FranchiseHQ is an independent league-management service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Electronic Arts, the NFL, or Discord. Your use of their products remains subject to their terms.

Accounts and league authority

• Use your own Discord account and keep it secure.
• Commissioners control league membership, team assignments, league rules, imports, feature settings, and other league-scoped authority.
• Joining a league does not automatically grant team ownership or commissioner authority.
• Do not misrepresent an identity, evade a suspension, or use another person's session.
• Commissioners must have permission to submit and manage the league data they provide.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, distribute malware through, or use FranchiseHQ to harass people or violate law or third-party rights. Do not publish credentials, permanent export URLs, private trade content, or another member's private account information.

Access may be limited or removed to protect a league, other members, the platform, or a third-party service.

League decisions and data

FranchiseHQ presents commissioner-supplied and source-derived data. Commissioners remain responsible for league rulings, game administration, roster moves in Madden, and deciding whether displayed data is ready for competitive use. A Discord or website trade approval does not itself execute the transaction in Madden.

Imports can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable because of source and network conditions. FranchiseHQ preserves the current live snapshot until a candidate passes validation and is explicitly published through the normal import workflow.

Availability and warranties

The release candidate is provided for private evaluation and may change. The service is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every feature, source, or third-party connection will always be uninterrupted or error-free. FranchiseHQ will use reasonable operational and recovery controls but cannot guarantee that third-party platforms remain available.

To the extent permitted by law, FranchiseHQ is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from league rulings, third-party outages, unsupported automation, or data a commissioner chose to publish without review.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remainder stays in effect.
